I have lot’s of peeps asking for sample meals, so I will begin to post meals that I eat on a daily bases. Here my dinner, which is Mixed Greens, Organic Salad, and Griled Chicken. Remember you should be eating minimum 6 proportioned meals to keep your metabolism up. The leanest, most ripped up people I know eat about 10 times a day which is very difficult to do. But once you understand that your protein intake has to be 1 – 3 grams per pound that you weigh ( depending on your goal) you will understand why minimum so many meals are taken every 2-3 hours throughout the day. Make sure you are consuming one gallon of water a day, and your basic vitamins and minerals. And this is only the beginning 😉
